We accept returns within 30 days, provided that the products are unused, in their original packaging and have all tags attached. For more information, please visit our Returns and Refunds page.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Just email info@elmaboutique.com and include:

– Your order number
– Clear photos showing the damage
– A brief description of the issue

We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Delivery currently takes 7–10 business days.

We’ve recently started doing more of the packing and shipping ourselves to make sure everything is right, but delivery times should be back to normal soon.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, through secure checkout.

You can apply your discount code during checkout. On the checkout page, find the “Discount Code” field, enter your code, and select “Apply.” Your total will update automatically. If you run into any problems, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it. After this period, the order will already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. You may still return the item after delivery, following our return process.
