1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to the United States. Orders from other countries cannot be processed at this time.

2. Delivery Address

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Please ensure all details are complete and correct, as incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or returns.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Time

Once processed, your order will be shipped from our logistics centre. The average delivery time within the United States is:

7–9 business days (Monday–Friday)

Shipping time may vary due to:

  • Logistics or transport capacity utilisation
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • High order volume during promotions or warehouse sales

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time consists of:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping time: 7–10 business days

Please note: These delivery times are estimates. External factors may affect actual delivery. Our logistics team continuously monitors all shipments.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders. There are no additional shipping or handling fees.

All taxes and duties are included in the price (DDP) — no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

7. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.

We ship via USPS, FedEx, and DPD. All orders are fully trackable.

Please note: Tracking updates may become available 3–7 business days after the package has left the warehouse.

8. Delays & Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 2 business days and check your tracking for updates.

If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days at info@elmaboutique.com with your order number and shipping address. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the matter promptly.

9. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The package may be returned to us
  • We will contact you to clarify the issue
  • We will offer redelivery or a suitable solution

Please double-check your delivery details carefully during checkout.

10. Delivery Confirmation

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete.

If the package cannot be located, we will gladly assist you in contacting the shipping provider and investigating the matter.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes of being placed by contacting info@elmaboutique.com. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

12. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@elmaboutique.com with clear photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Upon review, if the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly dispatched due to an error on our part, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you — including return shipping where required.
